How can I purchase a subscription?

If you are signed in, open your Tido Account settings by tapping on the account icon at the top-left of the volume list view. Then select 'Start your free 7-day trial now' or 'Subscribe to Tido Music now' and follow the instructions.

If you are not signed in, either sign in and follow the steps above, or open a volume, scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the 'Start free trial' or 'Subscribe to Tido Music' button.

Please note: if you have already been a subscriber you will not be offered a second free trial.


My subscription has expired. How can I renew it?

Follow the steps for purchasing a subscription above.


How can I restore my in-app purchase?

So long as you are signed in to your Tido account, you will have access to the Tido library based on your subscription status.


How can I cancel my subscription?

Since your subscription is processed by Apple and stored against your Apple ID, you can only manage and cancel it via your iTunes Account.

On an iPad, you can follow this link to open the App Store and manage your subscription. Otherwise, use the steps below.

Cancelling your subscription will stop it from auto-renewing but you will still be able to access it until the expiry date at the end of your current period.

From an iPad:

  • Open iOS Settings
  • Select 'iTunes & App Store' from the left-hand pane
  • Select the blue 'Apple ID' link from the right-hand pane
  • From the popup choose 'View Apple ID'.
  • Enter your password, then choose 'Subscriptions'
  • Select 'Tido Music' if necessary and you will be presented with options to manage your subscription.

How can I get a refund?

Since your subscription is processed and managed by Apple we regret that we cannot action refunds directly. If you would like to request a refund you must do so via Apple, see to begin this process.

Why can't I see the price for my iOS subscription in my purchase history on the Tido web app?

Your subscription is processed and managed by Apple directly and we do not get told the exact price you paid, which will vary according to territory.

Because of this, you must sign in to your Apple ID to see your full purchase history and receipts. You can do this by following the steps in this article.
